Sooner or later, there comes a time for each of us when we realise that our strength is waning, at the latest when we notice a noticeable decline in physical performance or are plagued by pain. It is often discomfort in the back, neck or joints that shows us that our muscles are weakening. Over the years, this can also restrict our mobility and our quality of life. A strong back for a better quality of life 

As a back specialist, we help you to effectively alleviate back pain and strengthen your back muscles in a targeted manner. Training takes place under personal guidance and is both safe and simple. You move in the machine, bending and stretching your back against customised resistance, which is adjusted step by step depending on your progress. As a rule, 12 to 18 sessions on the ‘LE’ are enough to combat or even eliminate discomfort after 3 to 6 months. The lumbar extension machine, or ‘LE’ for short, is a central component of the Kieser training concept and sets new standards in targeted back training. This innovative machine enables precise strengthening of the back muscles and thus forms a strong, protective muscle corset for the spine. An integrated computer provides real-time feedback in order to perform the movements precisely and maximise training quality. Thanks to the eccentric technology, the muscles are specifically loaded over the individually possible range of motion. This sustainably improves the strength and mobility of the spine.
